Yes! Each ticket includes the birthing person and their chosen birth partner (spouse, family member, friend, or doula). We strongly encourage partners to attend, as they’ll learn tools and techniques to actively support you during birth.

We understand life happens! If you miss a session, we’ll do our best to provide a recap and any handouts or materials shared during class.
Depending on scheduling and availability, a makeup session may be arranged on a case-by-case basis within our next cohort.

Yes, private HypnoBirthing® sessions can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for those who prefer a more personalized experience. The private course is $850 and includes the full 5-session series, taught one-on-one by our founder. Sessions can be hosted at our Costa Mesa office, and in certain situations, we may be able to offer in-home classes as well for an additional fee.

Most families join between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy, but it's never too early to start. The earlier you begin, the more time you’ll have to practice and integrate the techniques before labor.
