Birthing Boldly: Group Birth Planning Session For Hospital Births
Join us for a cozy, hands-on birth planning class designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and connected as you prepare for your birthing day. In this 1.5-hour group session, we’ll walk through your birth options—from pain relief to pushing positions—and explore how to create a birth plan that truly reflects your values and preferences.
We’ll also discuss how to know when it’s time to head to the hospital, what to expect when you arrive, and how to advocate for yourself (or your partner) with clarity and confidence. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your choices, a working birth plan, and tools for communicating effectively with your provider and birth team.
Whether you’re giving birth at a hospital, birth center, or home, this class is a supportive space to tune into your instincts and map out a birth experience that feels right for you.
