Jaymie is a Christian birth doula, mom of two boys, and Crossfit athlete and coach. She is passionate about physiological birth and has extensive experience supporting unmedicated births in home birth, birth center, and hospital settings. She takes a holistic approach to caring for mothers throughout pregnancy and birth and aims to reduce unnecessary interventions to protect our Creator's design of the motherbaby dyad.
